There are no tracking cookies retrieving information about you. While you surf over our website, you are completely anonymous.
We will not send you any unsolicited e-mail or any other type of communication other than in response to your order and/or questions.
Returns on items purchased from JT's Discount Boat Props
You generally have 30 days to return any un-used and in new condition item that you purchased from us. Used and/or damaged merchandise (other than from shipping) is not returnable. Electronic items must be in original unopened packaging in order to be returnable.
You must first contact us by phone in order to receive return authorization and a return number before you send anything back to us.
Items must be returned via UPS, FEDEX or USPS Priority and a tracking number obtained so it can be tracked if we do not receive it.. We advise you to insure packages you send for your own protection.
There may be a 5% or 10% restocking fee on returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable. Anything sent back to us C.O.D. will be refused.
We reserve the right to change our return policy at any time, either written or implied.
